That's actually been one of the issues that's unexpectedly come up after my crash. Clients have contacted me asking for old files, which I would have happily provided, and now I don't have them any more.

That's great that your printers were able to help out, for the most part, and especially 'Printing for Less' who didn't charge you.

I often have clients, and past clients, email me asking for files to be sent. They've already given me their business so it's the least I can do to help them out.

Oh, and kudos for not slandering the name of the unhelpful printer.</description>
